Profile |
Canberra Grammar School (CGS) is a co-educational Independent Anglican Boarding School offering outstanding academic education, co-curricular opportunities and pastoral care to day and boarding students of all backgrounds and faiths within a community guided by Christian values.
The School's main campus is set on 20 hectares at the foot of Red Hill, just south of Lake Burley Griffin, close to Parliament House and the lively social precincts of Manuka and Kingston.
CGS Boarding offers students a home away from home, and allows students to develop their independence, to develop a life-long set of friends as part of a unique community, while surrounded by residential and development care, dedicated pastoral care staff, student services, international student support, on-site catering, international exchange opportunities, and access to a range of sports and co-curricular activities.
In 2019, girls will join the boarding community, with specialist residential and developmental care provided by the Head of Boarding and a dedicated Assistant Head of Boarding for girls, along with a team of residential and non-residential support staff. |
