Profile

Established in 1915, Ivanhoe Grammar School has been enrolling International Students since 1943.

A co-educational, Anglican School, just 12 kilometres from the centre of Melbourne.

Nestled among lovely gardens and spacious grounds, our excellent facilities are close to public transport and less than 30 minutes from Melbourne Airport.

Welcoming students of all nationalities and faiths, we value the richness of our population, which reflects the multi-cultural nature of contemporary Australian society.

Our own NEAS Accredited ELICOS Program offers a program of intensive English Language which enables Students to be part of the school community from arrival.

The School offers both the VCE and the IB, together with a vibrant and exciting range of learning and co-curricular programs.

The welfare and safety of our students is of the utmost importance at all times, Our International students live in approved and monitored homestays, and are required to have a guardian for the duration of their enrolment.

With our focus on wellbeing, learning, service and internationalism, Ivanhoe Grammar School students are truly prepared for life beyond school with an awareness and sense of responsibility about their world.

We are excited to announce that from July 2015, our Plenty Campus will also be enrolling International Students.

Come and join us on a journey of discovery and find out how Ivanhoe can open up a world of opportunities.
